Charge your "mind" at this unique and quiet place. Located 500 meters from the sea and the waves washing towards the long, white beach. The view goes from open sea and skerries to the wild mountains of Flakstadøy. Easy access to Lofoten National Park. Starting point for the trip to Ryten and Kvalvika Beach is a short walk away. You enjoy the rush of the waves, sun and silence, gale and rain or snow - depending on the weather. If tough enough, take a bath in the Atlantic. 2 km from Fredvang city center and 8 km from Ramberg Torg. You can park outside the house.

We (Heloise and Hermod) like to travel ourselves, and like to meet and have an interesting conversation with people outside Lofoten. We very much like to give you information about local culture, attractive places, activities and hikings that may not be easily at hand. You are very welcome!

The mountain chains that surround the peninsula are almost impenetrable, so the settlement is on the coast. We have some famous hikes; to the scenic beach of Kvalvika, to our beautiful mountain Ryten, to the impressive Fuglehuk (560 m), to Yttersandheia, to beautiful Mulstøa, as well as other less commonly known or less strenuous, but exciting experiences close to our location, which we can recommend you. Paths and roads to the most visited exits begin within a short walking distance of our house. Otherwise you get around by car or bicycle. By car the way is a short distance to interesting places like old fishingports, local museums, local food, blacksmiths, glass and pottery workshops.
