Over 100-year-old house completely renovated in 2025/2026, idyllically located under Higravstinden with hiking opportunities right outside the door in summer and winter. Perfect base camp for experiencing Lofoten. The house has a modern kitchen, bathroom and space for 4 people in 2 loft rooms. Peaceful and authentic surroundings near the sea and mountains. The host lives nearby and will be happy to help with tips during your stay. Final cleaning can be done by yourself or ordered for NOK 600. Good parking by the house. About 25 minutes to Svolvær.
Retired school principal, still working as a farmer at Laupstad, a small community in the Lofoten Islands. I love the nature in Lofoten, walking in the mountains with my dear girlfriend, fishing, and photography. I am very interested in genealogy, both in Norway and in the U.S. I am reliable and accurate, and will do my best to help and guide those who rent my places.
