Leiligheten ligger i et attraktivt og rolig område nær fjellene, hvor man kan gå rett ut i naturen og på tur i fjellet. Samtidig er det kun 10 minutters gange til sentrum og cirka 15 minutters gange til en av byens fineste strender, Grønnes, hvor det også finnes badstue. I gata finner man fotballbane, flerbrukshall og basseng, noe som gjør området perfekt både for familier og aktive personer. Til tross for den sentrale beliggenheten er hagen svært rolig – om morgenen kan man høre fuglesang og nyte frokosten ute på terrassen med flott utsikt mot naturen.
