Nydelig nordlandshus som opprinnelig er bygd i 1850. Fantastisk beliggenhet på Ballstad, naturskjønt, nært hav og fjell og turer, samt en sentral beliggenhet med restaurant, barer, cafeer og nærbutikk i umiddelbar nærhet NB: Soverom er linket så man må gå gjennom det ene soverommet for å komme til det andre
