Cozy house for rent on beautiful Kvaløya. The house is located on Kraknes farm, 13.7 km from Tromsø Airport and 19 km from Tromsø city center. The house has a rural charm and has 4 bedrooms with double beds. Entrance hall, living room, kitchen, 1 bathroom and laundry room, as well as a spacious terrace and large property. The house is idyllically located on a headland, shielded from neighbors and in close proximity to both mountains and sea. Good parking facilities and the nearest bus stop are two minutes away, where you can take route 428 or 430 towards Tromsø. Since there are no street lights, it is the optimal place to study the Northern Lights. Reindeer often walk across the yard and from time to time killer whales pass by the headland. This can be enjoyed while sitting on the terrace with lovely views towards Tromsø in the south and the Lyngen Alps to the east.
The house is idyllically situated down by the sea, on a large property that is sheltered from neighbors. There is very little traffic, which creates a sense of peace and quiet. The property is free from city lights, making it an ideal place to watch the northern lights. Since the house is located on a small headland by the ocean, you can occasionally see orcas passing by, and sometimes a curious seal stops in for a visit. Reindeer also tend to wander across the property. You can sit outside on the terrace, enjoy the view and the tranquility, and feel a deep sense of calm settle over you
