My family and I live on the main floor and have two rental units in the basement. Both units have separate entrances and do not share any common spaces. There is parking available for both rental units. Guests also have access to a terrace and garden.
My husband and I live together on the top floor with our two children, aged 1 and 3. Therefore, there may occasionally be some noise from the upper floor, especially in the mornings when we're getting ready for work and daycare. We are nature-loving people who enjoy spending time outdoors and keeping things tidy around us!
The neighborhood is quiet and family-friendly. Many families with children live here, and there is a short distance to both a playground and hiking trails. The grocerystore, the Arctic Cathedral, and the cable car are also within walking distance.
