Wake up to the sounds of nature, wind, birds or the muffled sound of boats passing below. Take your cup of coffee and your breakfast outside and enjoy the crazy view while you study the heartbeat of Raftsundet. Warm and good bed with warm, good bedding. Fire some wood in the fire pan or the stove and enjoy the crackling of the logs. Cook your food outside or in the available kitchen. Here you also have the option of renting a boat and fishing for your own food. You are now slightly off the beaten track, but still close enough for handling goods or other experiences. A wonderful area for peace and quiet, trips on land and to water with camera or fishing rod. Popular marked mountain hikes and fishing lakes in the immediate area. Minimal light pollution in winter for northern lights etc. Plenty of space for parking cars. Own car is probably a must for this visit. Location close to the E10 ensures good road conditions all year round. If you wish to rent a boat for fishing or guided trips, Trollfjord safari or similar, just contact us. Boat can be rented with or without a guide.
The nearest grocery store/convenience store/café is in Digermulen. A beautiful drive of about 21 km along Raftsundet's eastern side. If you want a better selection of goods and services, Svolvær and Sortland are less than an hour's drive away.
