Lofoten Vacation provides support and service to our guests. We deliver mandatory cleaning, bedlinen and towels. We have a office nearby where you can rent bicycles or other things you might want for your stay. We respect your privacy and you might not see or hear from us during your stay. But just give us a call if you want to say hello:) If you give us your cellphone number we can send you a message if there is a Northern light on the sky to see :)

The cabin is approximately 70 square meters, and contains a new renovated part that was completed in the summer of 2022. The new part contains a new spacious bathroom, a large hallway with wardrobes and hangers for clothes and shoes, and a bedroom with a double bed. The bathroom contains a sink, vanity unit, shower and toilet. In addition, there is a separate compartment for a washing machine. There are heating cables and spotlights in the hallway and bathroom. The cabin otherwise has an open living room and kitchen area, as well as two bedrooms and a storage room/laundry room with sink and fridge/freezer. In one bedroom it is furnished with a 1.20 bed, and in the other bedroom there is a bunk bed that measures 1.20 cm at the bottom and 75 cm at the top. There is also a loft which can be ideal for children's play. All kitchen equipment is available except for the dishwasher that will be installed summer 2023. As one of very few, we offer trash handling service for all our guests, even sorting the waste. We also provide full bedlinen, towels and consumables, all you need is to bring food and drinks.

The cabin "Bueskjær" is idyllically situated on its own headland with no close neighbours. Here you can enjoy the silence of nature without hearing voices or noise from others. The cabin is only 5 meters from the sea, and you will come close to a rich wildlife on site. There are many different species of birds in the area, and the sea eagle often appears. The cabin is located on Vestvågøy, which is in the middle of Lofoten and a short distance to everything you might need. The mountain you see from the cabin is called Himmeltind, and is the highest mountain on Vestvågøy. Our local grocery is only a few minutes away, situated close to the Viking museum. Leknes city centre is about 15 minutes to west and Svolvær and Henningsvær some 50 km to the north/east. Unstad surf beach is just around the corner and is world wide known at one of the most spectacular surf beaches where you can surf either in midnight sun or Northern lights! There is also some real nice cafes nearby that also offers local products. There is a lot of local hiking routes in the area and some very cozy beaches.
