Nøtnes Midnattsol og Margarin is a recent company who bought the building where our guesthouse is located and the big old factory next to it. This investment came with the main goal of promoting more oportunities and bring more life to our beautiful island. Our guesthouse is set on an old building that has been fully renovated, maintaning some of the originial structure. In older time, this building was used for accommodate fisherman coming for the codfish season and people who worked on the food factory. The plan now is to bring the factory building back to life, converting to be able to use as local for events, concerts, restaurant and many more!

Welcome to Nøtnes Midnattsol Guesthouse Our guesthouse includes 15 spacious bedrooms with ensuite bathroom and an amazing terrace by the water. There is a fully equipped kitchen available available to all the guests and a cozy leaving room with comfortable seats. The terrace is right by the water, with a perfect view of the midnight sun in summer and the northern lights in winter. Our rooms are all different, each inspired and decorated by Skrova different atmospheres through the year… The turquoise clear waters, the pink polar days, the white sandy beaches… With a great location we have a long 50m dock providing docking space for boats.

Skrova is considered by many one of the most beautiful places in Norway. It's the perfect spot to renew energies and to enjoy the view of the amazing Lofoten mountains, without the crowds or buses. - The village has a laid back artsy athmosphere with many photo exibitions through the island - The photo exibition in the road tunnel is probably the most famous, an outdoor exibition with old pictures of Skrova - The beaches are absolutely enchanting with thin white sand and turquoise waters. - Høgskrova also known as Skrovafjellet with just 258m high has the most fantastic view - Kayaking its an experience to not miss and available all year around (as long as the weather allows) - Heimbrygga restaurant is located in the heart of skrova, a very popular place to enjoy local athmosphere and fresh food - There is a mini market all year around available for guests by their grosseries.
