Øse Camping is open year-round, but with somewhat limited access to some facilities during the winter months. The site is child-friendly, quiet and well suited for nature lovers, fishing enthusiasts and those who want to explore Northern Norway at their own pace. The facility is dog-friendly, but pets are expected to be kept under control. It is easy to get here by car via the E6, and free parking is available. If you want to rent a boat or canoe, it is recommended to book in advance, especially in high season. If you want to explore **Senja** , it takes only 2.5 hours - a perfect day trip. For those who enjoy fishing, the fjord right next door offers fantastic opportunities, and the area also has great hiking areas and beautiful mountains. Nearby there are small shops and local eateries in Gratangen and Lavangen, which are 10–15 minutes away by car.
