Modern detached house of 120 sqm in the center of Orkanger with 2 bedrooms and 4 beds. Large garden with veranda and seating. Free parking for 2 cars. Newly renovated in 2021. Kitchen, Bathroom with bathtub, Living room, Dining room, Hallway and "laundry room" with washing machine and tumble dryer.
40km from Trondheim (Approx. 40 minutes by car) 70 km to Trondheim Airport Værnes 2km to Amfi Orkanger (Shopping center with 52 shops) 1 km to Amfi Oti (shopping center with 16 shops) 300 meters to grocery store (Coop Extra) 300 meters to the nearest bus stop (Hov) 2 km to the main bus station (Orkanger shuttle station) 1 km to Orklandbadet (water park, climbing hall, handball court, gymnasium) 2.5 km to Bowling hall Sports park: 800 m 500 meters to the sea and several sandy beaches 7 km to Varig Orkla Arena (Horse race track) 12 km to Knyken ski center with alpine slope and ski slopes 4.5 km to Ulvåsmarka with ski slopes Orklaparken is a nice walking/running path in the immediate vicinity and runs along the famous salmon river Orkla.
