The property consists of a total of 9 apartments, of which 8 apartments are available for rental. All apartments feature a private bathroom and TV, and the building offers a shared basement area with a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is large free on-site parking available. Apartment types available for rental 4 small apartments (approx. 12–14 m²) Private bathroom and kitchenette with mini kitchen (2 hot plates, refrigerator and dishwashing facilities). 2 medium-sized apartments (approx. 20–25 m²) Same facilities as the small apartments, but with a separate bedroom. 2 large apartments (approx. 35–40 m²) Same standard as the other apartments, but with a fully equipped kitchen and a more spacious layout. Note: This listing applies to one of the small apartments only 🙂
