Skokkelvika Farm is an old farmhouse currently undergoing renovation, available for guests who appreciate simple, rustic accommodation in beautiful surroundings. The property is located in scenic Skokkelvika, halfway between Stamsund and Henningsvær. It is about a 30-minute drive to Leknes, 45 minutes to both Henningsvær and Svolvær, and around 25 minutes to Lofoten Links. The area offers stunning nature, a peaceful atmosphere, and wonderful views. About the House The house has three bedrooms: Second floor: Two rooms, each with a double bed. First floor: One room with two single beds, one frame mattress, and one travel cot. From the kitchen, there is access to a 20 m² terrace, perfect for enjoying the morning coffee or the evening sun. The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine. Important Information About the Standard As the house is still being renovated, some trims and finishings are missing. This does not affect functionality, but the standard is simple and not fully completed. A new well has recently been drilled, so the water may appear slightly discolored at first due to a naturally high iron content. The water is safe to drink, but it can stain the shower and toilet. We recommend letting the water run for a little while when you first arrive. Bed Linen and Towels: Duvets and pillows for six people are provided, but guests must bring their own bed linen and towels.

Guests must bring everything they need for their stay, including all consumables (coffee, tea, kitchen supplies, toiletries, etc.). The water may appear slightly discolored at first due to iron content, but it is safe to drink and use. • Heating is limited but includes a heat pump, panel heaters in bedrooms, and a portable heater. • Firewood for the wood-burning stove is not provided and can be purchased at local stores or gas stations. • The price reflects the simple standard and ongoing renovation. Cleaning: • Guests must arrange cleaning before arrival. • You may clean the cabin yourself, but it must be done thoroughly before departure. • Optional final cleaning: 1200 NOK (must be agreed in advance). • If the cabin is not cleaned properly and no cleaning agreement is made, the cleaning fee will be charged.
