For four generations, our family has worked to create memorable experiences for guests visiting the southern tip of Norway. While much has changed over the years, one thing remains the same: we love sharing this special place with others. Our best advice? Slow down and explore like a local. Ask our reception team or your waiter for recommendations, and we will happily share our favourite hiking trails, sunset viewpoints, swimming spots and hidden picnic locations. We can also point you towards the area's best cinnamon bun, local cafés, coastal walks and places that rarely make it into the guidebooks. Some of our favourite moments are often the simplest: an evening walk by the sea, a swim from the rocks, a coffee in the sun, or watching the waves roll in from the lighthouse cliffs.
