Welcome to our farm in the mountains of Vinstra. I’m Ole, and I truly enjoy creating places where people can slow down, relax, and experience something a bit different from everyday life. What I love most about hosting is seeing guests arrive, often a bit tired from travel, and then settle into the calm, the views, and the atmosphere of the farm. The property has been gradually restored with a mix of traditional Norwegian craftsmanship and modern comfort. I’ve spent a lot of time working on the details – from carpentry and interiors to creating a warm and inviting atmosphere in each cabin. When I’m not hosting, I’m usually working on the farm, improving the buildings, or developing new ideas to make the stay even better for guests. I also enjoy nature, simple living, and good conversations. My goal is that you feel at home here – whether you’re here to relax, explore the mountains, or just enjoy the quiet surroundings. You are warmly welcome.

Experience the best Gudbrandsdalen has to offer with a unique starting point from one of our cabins with local traditions and details. Make sure you check out the different cabins and book the one suitable for you. Welcome to an adventurous farm experience in the middle of Peer Gynt's kingdom.

The area is quiet and family-friendly, located as a perfect starting point to a world of possibilities. Experience everything from Peer Gynt Spelet, rafting, Hunderfossen adventure park, caves and gorges to nature without borders. Alternatively, you can relax and read a book on the carved bench King Haakon the 7th himself read a book on. Or sleep in the room Queen Sonja stayed in. The cottage is at your disposal, you come and go as you wish. Only eight minutes to the center or award-winning ski routes or alpine arena at Gålå, Fefor and Fagerli in winter. The ski resorts at Kvitfjell and Hafjell are also close by.
