Cozy and Charming rooms with terrace and Balcony by Boudha About the building: Located right in front of the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Boudha, this place offers views of the ancient stupa like no other. Despite being located in front of an ancient relic of such significance, the building itself is a reflection of Modern Nepal. The building is newly constructed and the first few floors are rented out for commercial purposes- which is typical feature of Nepali buildings in populated areas. The residence is where the ancient meets the modern. The rooms are located on the 3th - 7th floor of a 7-storied building. It has a private balcony which offers unobstructed view of the Boudha stupa. On clear days, various snow peaked mountains can also be seen. The balcony is a perfect place to have a very unique view on the landscape of Boudha.
