My house has 4 floors. First floor: kitchen, leaving room, storage room, bathroom with hot water 24H and one bedroom (with 2 single beds) attached to the bathroom. Second floor: 4 bedrooms (2 with balcony and a queen and a single bed). You can enjoy a beautiful view of the jungle and the mountains from the balcony. At the night with the full moon you get a spectacular view. In the balcony you can enjoy some alone time(listening to music, drinking your coffee or tea). One room has 2 single beds and another one has a king size bed (ideal for couples) next to the bathroom. there is also a living room with a TV where you can spend your free time. Third floor is the host family floor and the fourth floor has 1 big room with 3 single beds. There is a rooftop where you can have a 360 views of the area. You can also enjoy your time up in the rooftop , sunbathing on a sunny day or doing yoga.

My name is Apsara, I am a teacher and I have been hosting volunteers since 2009. I live with my family: my husband and my 2 boys, one is 20 and the other one is 6 years old. My older son is going to University and the youngest is going to kindergarden. I really enjoy hosting volunteers ( I hosted around 250 people over the last 13 years) because it's the best way to get to know different cultures, different languages and different way of leaving. Thanks to these experiences I was able to build my confidence and independence.

You Gumba will be really enjoy your stay because we live in Nagarjun suburb, near White (15 minutes walking distance), Hasantar Nunnery (20 minutes), 5 minutes walk from a gym, 5 minutes walk from the bank. It's a clean and fresh environment and you will spend a nice stay far from the busiest part of the city of Kathmandu.
