A Heritage Boutique Hotel set in the centre of the Historic Himalyan Ancient City of Bhaktapur. Six charming guest rooms with en suite bath, hot water, fans, comfortable beds & linens, local furnishings and picturesque shuttered windows that look onto the small lanes and homes of Bhaktapur. A roof top terrace garden with city and Mountain views. The boutique hotel is within the centre of the ancient city so all monuments, including our famous Durbar Square and Taumadhi Square are under a 5 minute walk. Our historic mantra “Atithi Devo Bhava” meaning our guest is god, it is followed in every corner of our hospitality and belief system. Hotel Vintage Home isn’t just a enterprise for us, it’s a place where we welcome guests to our magnificent city and to our country, to strive that you are guest find a wonderful experience and insight into our culture and way of life.

Neighborhood info

Our guests are always surprised and delighted that our traditional city is a capsule in time. From our small city lanes and streets where are ancient Newari culture survives in tact in every facet of our city to our exceptional architectural masterpieces and ancient temples where our rituals and traditions flourish unaltered for centuries. These architectural masterpieces and temples are within a few minutes walk from our boutique hotel. The most famous Durbar Square has our royal Palaces and National Art Museum and our Taumadhi Square has the tallest ancient temple in all of Nepal. Automobiles are not allowed in our core city so you can walk and experience an ancient city that has very little traffic compared to most cities of today. Small cafes and restaurants serving our savory local cuisine is available throughout our neighborhood.
