You'll have a great time at this peaceful, comfortable beach-side retreat. '#40 Below', is across the road from the beach, air-conditioned, private parking, free WiFi and non-smoking, 3 bedrooms, and a well-equipped kitchen. It has great indoor/outdoor flow great for all types of weather. The upstairs is listed seperately (#40 Rua Ave) however you can book both (if availability allows). The upstairs has the use of the large back section, whilst this listing has its ow n private courtyard.
