Bush to Bay Holiday Stays provides a special selection of short-term accommodation options in Opotiki and the surrounding East Coast areas. Due to the close proximity of the coast, rivers and the ranges, you have a diverse assortment of places to stay and a vast array of things to see and do while you’re here. In one short stay, you can enjoy tramping, hunting, mountain-biking, fishing, swimming, surfing and more. If you’re new to the area or don’t want to go it alone, we’re here to help and there are many local businesses who can guide you with these activities. Bush to Bay Holiday Stays was founded by Erin Dickson and Wendy Moore. Both are locals with valuable knowledge of the area and are Licensed Agents REAA 2008 with experience in real estate sales and property management in the region.

Elevated by the sea and in an ideal position for family holidays is this generous sized Lockwood home, Which have the most spectacular views overlooking the sea. There are four bedrooms in total. The master bedroom with queen size bed which has its very own en-suite with shower, toilet and heated towel rail. The three remaining bedrooms consist of one King bed, one queen bed and a bunk room which sleeps four guests. Sleeping a total of 10 people. The main bathroom has a shower and vanity, with a separate toilet and separate laundry with washing machine available to use. The kitchen contains a fridge, microwave, dishwasher, stove and oven with some pantry basics available. The property was built with the sea views being the main focus which are enjoyed from most areas inside the home. The lounge and dining space is open plan with ranch sliding doors opening up from the lounge creating a nice indoor-outdoor flow onto a partly covered decked area which is an ideal space for afternoon BBQs and drinks with friends. There is plenty of room for vehicles to park and please feel free to bring your boat/s. Note: Minimal Cellphone coverage
