Beach House Studios offers two ocean-facing studio rooms located (side by side) on the ground floor of our standalone townhouse, directly opposite a safe swimming beach and coastal cycle way. Situated in vibrant Ahuriri Village, Beach House Studios is right in the Heart of the Action and is an ideal location for holiday makers and busy corporates alike, with picturesque coastal walks and over 20 exciting cafes, restaurants and bars within a 10 minute stroll. Each Modern Boutique room has a luxurious Sleepyhead Elegance King-size bed, a tiled en-suite bathroom with gorgeous ‘Satin Jet’ Rainforest shower, and tea, coffee and toast making facilities. Please note that these rooms do not have any cooking facilities Climate air-conditioning provides year-round comfort, and both rooms include a flat screen TV with Sky, free Wi-Fi and a spacious tiled outdoor garden patio with table and chairs There is free street front parking directly outside. On-site courtyard parking at the rear of the property may be available on request.
Gary Allen was born into the Accommodation Industry (Ex Pebble Beach on Marine Parade Napier) and along with his Wife (Gabby) and school age sons (Sam & Freddie), are passionate about The Ahuriri and Greater Hawkes Bay area. We love the local Cafe and Restaurant scene, as well as hitting the many coastal Bike trails as a Family, when we can. We are a fountain of Local knowledge of where to go, what to do etc and are well immersed in all things sport (in particular Golf, Cricket & Football) We are sure you will enjoy our cool location and facilities here at Beach House Studios.
Trendy Cafes close by include Crazy Good, Milk & Honey, Uncle, Miss Browns and Smiths Eatery. Great Restaurants also include Sri Thai, Master of India, Cafe Anatolia, Shed 2, Gintrap, Thirsty Whale. The Iconic Ahuriri beach is straight across the road, as is the Oceanfront Cycle Trail. We are any easy coastal drive around to the Art Deco City Centre, the Napier Farmers Market (Saturdays) and the many Marine Parade attractions. Easy drive also to further afield attractions like Havelock North and the Hastings Farmers Market (Sundays).
