Colenso Cottage is situated in a upmarket st, with well established homes and friendly quiet neighbours. Parking is always available on the roadside just outside the cottage. The cottage is within a few minutes walk to town, close to many restaurants and amenities. It is 10 - 15 minute walk to McLean park, 10 minute drive to local wineries and all Hawkes Bay has to offer. The Hawkes Bay wine region is 12th best wine region in the world. Hawkes Bay has wonderful cycling tracks, an award winning winery region with top notch restaurants. Local markets with fresh produce are available to visit each weekend. Cape Kidnappers Golf course is rated the 10th best golf course outside of the US by Golf Magazine and is located a 30 minute drive away. Also Cape Kidnappers boasts the worlds largest mainland gannet colony with tours available.
