We love travelling and so want to make our little unit affordable, comfortable and clean! Your hosts are not responsible for any injuries you might sustain from slipping or falling on our property. Please take care walking around the paddock due to rabbit holes and keep away from the solar panels. Disclaimer: If you are expecting luxurious accommodation and you complain about the smallest things, then please pay the much higher rate and stay elsewhere. This really is a little oasis in the country with everything you need, even a recently purchased Nespresso machine. Please ensure the gas bottle on the BBQ is turned off when finished. Unfortunately, from 8am-4pm I am unable to field phone calls or respond to booking emails due to work. I will contact you as soon as I can so please don't think I am ignoring or not responding to your requests. Please note, we have had a guest who did not follow our requests regarding their K9 causing substantial damage and mess. Quiet and private. Easy access to wonderful eateries in Māpua, Motueka and Richmond. Travel further to Kaiteretere or Marahau which is only a 30 minute drive away. You can walk into Māpua (40 minutes), there are bike tracks around us and a bus that leaves Māpua going into Richmond, Nelson. We highly recommend the restaurants and cafes along the waterfront in Māpua and great shops and wonderful vineyards nearby. The markets are worth visiting in Nelson, Motueka and Māpua and Riverside Cafe along the Motueka River. You can commute to Golden Bay from this address for day trips.
