Operating since 2019. *We have a private, spacious, comfortable, self contained Bed and Breakfast. * The guest suite is double glazed. It has it's own parking areas, entrance, spacious courtyard and a BBQ. * We are right at the end of the cul-de-sac in Oak Place(Grey & yellow house) * Quiet location with rural views. * We are situated between the Mission Estate Winery and Park Island sports park. * Swing set available for children to use. * Bike hire and secure parking are available. * Truck and trailer parking is also available beside the suite. * Monitored CCTV security surveillance. * Sorry no pets. * Photo ID is required. * No illegal drugs.

We are in a beautiful location, on the outskirts of town, called Oaklands. * We have an excellent neighborhood support group. * Park Island sports grounds. Is home to Napier City Rovers football, Hawkes Bay hockey field, and rugby fields. * Divine cafe is only a short walk away, located at Summerset retirement village. * Cycle and walkways are at the end of the street. * Only a four minute drive to Greenmeadows New World, pharmacy, and a few takeaway places. * Taradale shopping centre with a range of clothing, gift shops, cafes, restaurants, and takeaways available. * En route to Napier airport, Ahuriri village, its swimming beach and stunning waterfront restaurants. * Napier CBD is a five minute drive. * Napier to Hastings and Havelock North expressway is easily accessible from here.
