The Avenue Hotel is well-placed to accommodate and cater to families, corporate groups, or everyday travelers. Unlimited Wi-Fi is provided. The Avenue is within easy reach of the Whanganui River and Virgina Lake with the national and city cycleway just around the corner. The town's arts and culture center and sports venues are close by as well. The Avenue Hotel has an outdoor seasonal inground swimming pool (not heated) with pretty gardens to relax in.
