At Lawn Cottages, our management team are there to provide a welcome and relaxing experience for our guests. Whether you are in the Hawkes Bay on holiday with the family, or to attend an event or here for rest and relaxation, Lawn Cottages is ideal from which to enjoy all that the Hawkes Bay offers. We want your time at Lawn Cottages to be as comfortable and memorable as possible. Our 1 hectare of established gardens with a private garden area and deck for each cottage, make this a restful place to stay.

Property info

Lawn Cottages has been designed with a focus on guest privacy and relaxation. Each Cottage is separate from the others by over 15m and accessed directly from the guest driveway. We can provide contactless check in and check out if required. The mature and beautiful gardens are a surprise to many guests, as well as the vegetable gardens and fruit trees guests can pick their own fruit from when in season. The complex comprises 6 luxury cottages, 3 which are new in 2019 and 3 fully renovated the same year. Each cottage is air-conditioned, has double glazing, modern underfloor heated bathrooms, new beds, decks and a private and wonderful garden outlook. The cottages are situated around the complex separate from each other, and designed for privacy. Great for families and couples. The water supply to each cottage is from a natural artesian aquifer. We are pet friendly with two cottages (Magnolia and Flax) in which we allow pets to stay on request, which is subject to management approval - please email us. An additional pet fee per stay applies.

Neighborhood info

Lawn Cottages is close to the village of Clive, and is semi rural midway between Hastings and Napier. The Hawkes Bay cycling tracks are nearby, as are wonderful vineyards for you to visit and sample some of Hawkes Bay’s best wines. Our large gardens and grounds provide you with privacy and quiet. At night you can hear the sound of crashing waves on the nearby beach, which is a short walk away. Restaurants and cafes are within a short drive, as is the Hawkes bay Farmyard Zoo and Hastings Splash Planet water park.
