Ours is a 1950's home overlooking the town, the ocean and next to a nature reserve the apartment is the lower level of our home - there are many stairs to the apartment please be aware!! and fit..
We enjoy road trips (driving our Alfa Romeo) our Grandchildren (4 so far) and really good food! - and coffee (we have a Faema)
quiet neighbourhood, easy wall to penguins and town - harder walk back
