Beach house, small and quaint. Elevated outlook, beach reserve across the road. Sea is a 2 minute walk. Lovely bay windows, cottage garden (Rambling and a bit messy). 1940 build recently renovated.
We are retired and living in the neighbourhood.
Castlecliff is a beach suburb, a typical West coast beach, fabulous to get out onto. Great swimming in good weather. Surf lifesavers are on duty all summer. Citadel cafe and corner store are a 5 minute walk. All amenities close by. Castlecliff and Belmont Golf Clubs and boat launching ramp nearby. Bach is close to the end of the "Mountain to the Sea" cycle trail. It's a great place to hang out.
