This studio is separate to our home, with its own entrance at the back of our property and private for you to enjoy our garden it has outside seating to have a wine in the evening or breakfast in the morning, it has 1 queen size bed , separate bathroom with shower, basin and toilet. It has a small kitchenette in studio with the facilities to make tea/coffee. We supply a kettle, toaster and microwave, plates, bowls and cutlery, it is not set up for cooking ( no oven) it does have a small fridge, the studio also has a small dining table for 2, also 2 comfortable cane chairs and a TV, panel heater and fan if needed. Iron and ironing board, it has a closet for hanging cloths and side draws beside bed. This studio is very bright and lots of large windows and view into garden , cosy and approx 40 square meters in size.

We both love to garden and have a very large section to look after which keeps us busy, we enjoy walks and bike rides

This property is across the road from a very large park, great for walks, and bird watching, 5 minute walk to greenmeadows shopping center for take away- pizza, fish and chips, Thai, cafe, chemist, new world supermarket with fantastic deli, prepared fresh meals etc and another coffee shop also to try. We are close to winery’s church road and mission winery only a few kms drive. 10 minutes drive to Napier town center, marine parade and art deco building to explore.
