Company info

I have done a lot of traveling and now that I'm back home renovating this old villa, I can offer comfortable rooms at reasonable rates. There is renovation work in progress, but your room will be clean, as will the shared spaces. I also have a friendly cat that stays with me occasionally, but is not allowed in the bedrooms. I also have a selection of books to read/swap and if you dont get time to finish reading, you can take the book. There is also a box of free stuff that you can choose from or add too.

Property info

Upon request it may be possible to store your bicycle or motorbike in the lock up garage. Please check first as only room for 2 motorbikes and 2 bikes at the same time.

Neighborhood info

The house is close to the riverside walkway/cycleway/hospital. There are shops nearby, which include an award winning bakery, a dairy, a service station and an opportunity shop. A bit further away, there is a McDonald's approx 12minute walk. The city centre is a 5 minute drive and the beach is about an 8 minute drive. The public bus stop is a 2 minute walk away.
