Our Wine Pod, a beautiful Tiny House, sits privately nestled on the Georges Road Winery & Vineyard, with panoramic views across the vines to the hills & alps beyond. Enjoy the hot tub under the stars, relax on the deck, book a wine tasting up at the winery, with kitchen and bbq (bring your own supplies or pre order a dinner food package), luxury bedding, bluetooth sound and with breakfast included.
Kirk and his wife Alison own and operate the Georges Road Winery. We are a family owned winery and produce a range of delicious award wining wines - Syrah, Riesling, Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir and Rosé.
Waipara is a noted wine region just 45 minutes north of Christchurch. There are a number of cellar doors to explore, plus winery restaurants, a local farmers market and plenty of walks available. Close to the beach and also the tourist hot spots of Hanmer Springs and Kaikoura.
