The cottage built facing the East will find you deliberating between rising early for the sunrise or catching another hour or two sleep in the king size four poster bed. Having only been recently completed (2017) and having all the modern comforts and insulation, this unique Villa with a warm rustic feel has both front and rear upper decks so you can relax and have your choice of exceptional views.

We both were born locally and have a great pride in what we have to share with you, Gardening, Sports and the Outdoors are a big part of who we are,

Nestled at the foothills of Mt Fyffe 200m above sea level overlooking Kaikoura. A stone's throw from the Fyffe Palmer bush walk which takes you through an ancient Podocarp forest of Matai and Totara Trees. Experience unbeatable views along with native bird life at your window and all just 10 minutes drive from town, A nearby 9 hole golf course, The Lavender farm and an Irish Hotel are all in close proximity. Situated in a private setting at the end of the road but only 100 metres from your host's residence should you need any assistance.
