This historic upper level apartment is located near the Victorian precinct, and offers an easy walk to all of the fabulous eateries and historic treasures that Oamaru has to offer. Built in the 1860’s, it’s one of Oamaru’s earliest buildings. Warm and cosy, with everything you need for a fabulous stay. There are 2 large stylish bedrooms, a dining room and a lounge. The kitchenette and bathroom are old, and functional. Don’t expect to cook meals here though. There is a spot you can sit out doors and enjoy the afternoon sun.
Mother to one and local real estate agent. I work in the office below the apartment, but I’m not there all of the time. Feel free to message me through the app if you have any questions at all.
Heart of the historic area. Fabulous cafes, bars and restaurants very close by. Easily walkable. Parking is pretty good most of the time around the apartment. You can walk to town and the historic precinct very easily, so don’t need your car on hand should you want to park it off street in the carpark across the road to the North.
