The elevated mid-20th century home offers great rural and mountain views yet is so close to all the action in town. Featuring a well equipped modern kitchen, two double bedrooms, bathroom with shower over bathtub, open-plan kitchen, dining and living room with adjoining deck, and a cosy sunroom/workspace. An outside courtyard with built-in fire pit provides a sun-trap or evening star-gazing retreat. There is ample covered off-street parking.  

This comfortable home is located very close to Oamaru township and popular attractions. Walking distance or a short drive to the Victorian Precinct, little-blue penguin experience, Steampunk HQ, galleries, boat harbour, restaurants and shops. Walking distance to lookout point and local tracks. A short drive to the yellow-eyed penguin habitat at Bushy Beach. Safe storage on site for bicycles by arrangement.
