The two-story building was opened in July 2017. - Spacious 6-room villa 5 toilets, living room and kitchen. The ground floor includes: - A room next to the bathroom with 2 single beds. - Large 30 m² room with 4 single beds with TV and bathroom. - 35 m² living room with carpets, seats with TV. - Kitchen equipped with all necessary requirements (refrigerator, cooker, microwave oven, kettle, cooking utensils, clothes dryer, washing machine .. etc). The first floor includes: Two-room suite with shared bathroom. Two-room each one has a toilet and double bed. Please note that beds in the rooms can be changed according to guests' request if requested three days prior to confirmed bookings.

It is located at the foot of Mount Etienne for everyone who loves tranquillity. fifteen minutes by car from the city centre and from most major shopping centres such as Lulu, Gardens Mall and many other important locations in Salalah such as the airport and others.
