The location is unique. We rent this exeptional accommodation, wich enchants with its own unique charm, for stays of 4 night or more. This twin-villa is built in a classic style. It has 65 sqm of net living space. This beachfrobnt villa has a beutyful roof terrace with mountain and sea views. The privat beach, where sun umbrellas and lounges are available for our guests, is a 2-minute walk away. Beach towels are provided in the villa. Important informations: please respect the house rules. Music may be played until 11:30 p.m. during the entertainment evenings at the Bravo Club (arena Rotana Hotel). We require a security deposit of 100 OMR. If nothing is damaged and the key is returned at check-out, the deposit will be refunded.

The long sandy beach is exeptional. The excursions into the wadis are adventouros because the camels are everywhere.
