يتميز هذا الشاليه العصري بديكورات هادئة ومريحه تدعو الى الاسترخاءالتام. من مميزات الشاليه هو الخصوصية التامه لجميع مرافقه. يحتوي الشاليه على صاله معيشة عائلية ويوجد بها تلفزيون ذكي ومغاسل خاصة وحمامين. بالاضافه الى وجود مطبخ مجهز بجميع الادوات. جميع غرف نوم الشاليه مستقله ومنفصله عن بعضها. حيث يحتوي الشاليه على ثلاث غرف نوم رئيسية ويوجد بها سرير مزدوج وخزانة ملابس وحمام رئيسي. بالاضافة الى ان اقفال الغرف ذكية تفتح بالبطاقه الممغنطه. المميز في الشاليه ان جميع المرافق اطلالتها على الحديقة الجميله المكونه من حوض سباحه للكبار ومسبح خاص للاطفال. ويوجد شاور وحمام خاص للمسبح بالاضافه الى جلسة خاصة بالمسبح. وتتوفر ايضا العديد من الجلسات الحارجيه في حديقة الشاليه للاستمتاع بالاجواء الخارجيه. يتوفر في الشاليه جهاز ستيريو وسماعات بلوتوث بالاضافه الى سماعه بلوتوث متنقله. يبعد الشاليه عن مدينة صلاله مسافة 15 كيلو. ويشمل المكان مواقف خاصة للسيارات.
