Apartment is located in a gated community. Pool available on site "private pool". 5 minutes walking distance to Marina. At a distance of 350 m, to a private homeowners' beach with free access located on the Indian Ocean. On the beach there is a bar with snacks and non-alcoholic drinks, additionally payable. Very quiet and peaceful location. On the estate there are several restaurants where you can buy meals. We offer and highly recommend bike rentals at OMR10/1h or OMR25/4h. With prior arrangement we can pick you up from the airport and arrange airport transfers. The price depends on the amount of luggage and the number of people. Beach with sunbeds free of charge /towels extra charged. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment. In particular, bohour / Luban. The apartment is equipped with smoke detectors. Activating the alarm will result in an administrative fine of OMR 500. Please respect this rule.
