The owners of this unique and beautiful property have created a special space for you to experience during your stay in Panama City. The thoughtful custom designed living areas contain a combination of the functional and decorative. The use of dark hardwoods throughout all of the rooms gives the home its warm and elegant personality. The ground floor unit contains a large 4 bedroom self contained home with access to private garden and terrace out to the south of the property. This listing can be viewed and rented separately. The second floor hosts the 3 private en-suite rooms. Each rooms sleep 2-5 people. See the room description for all details and amenities. Guests also have access to the third floor roof top terrace. Access to the property is through the main security gate at the front of the property. Access to the second floor units is via the staircase and a secure locked door located at the top of the first flight of stairs.

Its hard to believe, but this chic quiet little neighborhood hosts some of the City's best cafes & restaurants! Here are some of our local favorites: Maito - voted 6th Best Restaurant in Latin America in 2022, this place does not disappoint! Azafran - exceptional seafood in a unique, charming and cozy space. Botanica - considered by many as the best gourmet pizza in Panama! Republicano - hands down the best burgers in Panama, consistent winners at Panama Burger Week & Cafe Unido - these guys roast the best specialty coffee Panama has to offer. Coco Market also offers a variety of food types & food-truck-style options in a fun and quaint setting. Their exit is conveniently located right across the road from the house. There is a quaint organic fruit and veg store (La Granja) located 600 mts from the house (out of house, turn left, 6th street on the right). Then a little further past the 7th street on the right, here is a convenience store, laundromat, Cafe and pharmacy all located at the base of PH Le Mare building. There is also the option of a large supermarket (Super99) a further two blocks up from La Granja. The biggest and most beautiful public park in Panama City is Parque Omar. The main park access is on Via Porras, which is close to the property, however, there is a back entrance to the park from the affluent neighborhood of Altos De Golf, which is just 800 meters from the house. Therefore, if you are feeling adventurous you can walk or jog there from the property. The route there will take you past the multi-million dollar mansions of Panama's wealthy elite. The park itself has a 3.8K loop trail inside its perimeter. Making it a 5.4K round trip to and from the house. Be careful crossing the busy Avenida Cincuentenario on the way. A 6-7 min Uber ride away will take you to the UNESCO World Heritage Site of historic Panama Viejo. 'Panama Viejo' are the archeological ruins of original Panama City established in 1516 by the first European Settlers.
