Duplex apartment on the 19th and 20th floor of the tower, with excellent panoramic views of the entire city and the bay of Lima. Located in downtown Lima, 3 minutes from San Isidro, 10 from Miraflores, direct connection to the historic center of Lima. It is very close to the Universidad del Pacifico, the Spanish Center and the new Real Plaza shopping center in Lima. You will like the views of the apartment and being on a 19-20 floor you can have a panoramic perspective of the entire city. The Apartment is new, recently released and furnished with all possible comforts. An austere and avant-garde aesthetic. Ideal for exclusive people who want to enjoy an unbeatable location and spectacular views of the city. The neighborhood is totally residential and surrounded by large green areas, it has modern shopping centers and is very well connected by Avenida Salaverry, one of the most important in the city. The location can't be beat for exploring the city.

The situation of the apartment is unbeatable to be able to explore the city. It is located in one of the best avenues of Lima which connects Modern Lima with the Historic Center of the city. You are very close to the Real Plaza Shopping Center, which is one of the largest in Lima. Surrounded by parks and extensive green areas, it has the advantage of being able to use the bike lane and its mall to walk quietly and around the area. It is 20 minutes from the airport and with very good connections to all the central areas of the city.
