We are Susan and Luis, in charge of serving you, we will be at your disposal and happy to welcome you. Communicate to coordinate your check-in and delivery of the keys as soon as possible. If you have a fiscal address, the IGV 18% taxes will be paid and you will leave a guarantee per guest, which will be returned at the end of your stay. These payments are in cash or bank transfer. We will be at your disposal for whatever you need and happy to welcome you. Occupancy from 1 to 7 guests (areas): 1 Main Room (max. 2 guests) 1 large double bed, attached bathroom 1 Room with a view of the city (max. 2 guests) 1 small double bed, shared bathroom 1 Room with a view of the city (max. 3 guests) 1 single bed 1 cabin, shared bathroom 1 guest bathroom 1 Basic kitchen (NO CONVENTIONAL OVEN, NO WASHING MACHINE IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE SERVICES) description in photos and notice. Each room has spaces to store your personal belongings, a work desk, a nightstand, and locked doors for added security.

Otherwise, it will be charged from s/.50 for purification of the affected areas. * PROHIBITED MEETINGS, PARTIES, EVENTS otherwise you will have to withdraw without the right to return your payment for lodging and guarantee. * Cleaning is not included in the charge, the implements you use must be left clean, such as kitchenware, cutlery, etc. Otherwise, it will be charged from s/.50 soles for cleaning. * Do not stain walls, beds, etc. With your bags, shoes, creams, liquids, food, etc. Otherwise, you will be charged from s/.50 for repairs. * It is FORBIDDEN to eat and drink liquids in all the rooms. We are located in front of the Costa Verde, with special routes for cyclists and runners, where you can take long walks, play sports, enjoy the sunset, less than 1km from the Dommos where you can spend the day with the different events programmed by the Municipality of San Miguel such as the FoodTruck festivals and try our delicious food, Xtreme Sports, Econatural Market and EcoMarket, ice skating rink. We also have one of the Olympic Villages of the Pan American Games and if what you want is to know Lima "The City of Kings", San Miguel is located close to everything, Lima offers touristic, gastronomic tours, museums, universities, archaeological centers (Huacas ), shopping centers, cinemas, banking and industrial centers and also businesses. 9 km. from Jorge Chavez Airport; 6km from the Larco Herrera Museum, 10 km. historic center Cathedral, Government Palace, Plaza Mayor of Lima, 9 km. from Miraflores, 7 km from San Isidro and very close to Plaza San Miguel, Callao and Magdalena.
