Casa Excalibur is a beautiful vacation home, located just a block away from the beach, that can host comfortably couples and families. The home is bright, clean, and very well organized with a swimming pool — perfect for relaxing and making memories. It offers: 3 available rooms for couples (Double Room) on the second floor featuring: a comfortable full-size bed with storage drawers, headboard with reading lights and two nightstands; a ceiling fan with remote control, closet space, its own private bathroom with a shower, a smart TV and proper curtains. 3 available rooms for multiples (Quad Room) on the first floor featuring: all the amenities from the Double Room in addition to a bunk bed for two people. -1 available mini apartment for a family for S/. 400 per night, with a pool view, featuring two remote-control air-conditioning systems, two remote-control ceiling fans, two smart TV, couches, dining room table for 6, refrigerator, stove, microwave, and other kitchenware; a king size mattress and two full size bunk beds.

This home is very special to me. I originally designed and built it to host my family members who live abroad so we could all be together in one place. Because of that, I created the space with comfort, privacy, and togetherness in mind. Some of our happiest memories — shared meals, karaoke nights, late-night conversations, and laughter by the pool — were made here. To help make your stay easy and comfortable, my assistant Carlos lives on the property. He is available to help take care of your needs and can answer any questions you may have about the home, local spots, and events.

The neighborhood is a peaceful, up-and-coming tourist area with several other guest homes and small hotels nearby, offering a relaxed and uncrowded atmosphere. Because there are fewer surrounding buildings, guests often enjoy the added sense of space and privacy. The area is generally well lit, though, as in many developing areas, there are still a few darker spots at night. We are not aware of any crime in the neighborhood, and local police regularly patrol and check the area to help maintain a positive and welcoming environment for visitors. During the rainy season, heavy storms can occasionally cause temporary flooding in parts of the area, and we make sure to keep guests informed and provide guidance whenever necessary. For added comfort, the property is equipped with a 24-hour security system, and the local police department is close by and very responsive should assistance ever be needed.
