The apartment is located one block from Parque del Amor and the Malecón Cisneros, on foot approximately 5 blocks is Larcomar and less than 2 blocks from the renowned restaurant "Punta Sal". In front of the building there are some very rich artisanal cremoladas, which are called "Curich".
