Lima is changing more and more every day, but at El Patio you will get a glimpse of how Lima used to be, with its lovely classic colonial architecture and original period Art works, and lush flowery terraces set behind an old iron gate. Despite the fact that we are in the middle of the most happening area of Lima, we are very safe, and tranquil. El Patio is a family owned, cozy boutique B&B, filled with personality, colors, and light. As serious globetrotters ourselves, we aim to provide the independent traveller with a true home away from home....

Simply the best district of Lima, and we have it all within walking distance: Miraflores Central Park, great beaches, mouth-watering restaurants, trendy bars indian crafts markets, and even pre-columbian sites can be found in Miraflores. If you are into sports, there are surf lessons at the nearest beaches all year round, and paragliding oportunities daily.
