La Perla is a quiet, residential neighborhood located 20 minutes far from Jorge Chavez International Airport and 30 minutes far from Historical center main square. From the house you can reach the Plaza San Miguel Shopping Center 10 minutes away, where you will find cinemas, supermarkets, restaurants, casinos, Banks, etc, The nearby tourist spots are Fortaleza Real
