The entire BnB is smoke free, you can use the kitchen and there is free Wifi. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, coffee and snack facilities in the area. Around the corner at BnB Miraflores Centre is an express bus station that takes you in 15 minutes to the center of Lima.

Your hostess is Guadalupe, she provides breakfast for you at any time in the morning, and can help you with further travel ideas. She speaks fluent Spanish, good English and some Dutch, was born in Lima and knows a lot about the city.
