Company info

We are fond of eating healthy food and our hobby is to grow our own produce, at least most of it. Besides the fruit trees, we have lemon grass, mint, parsley, coriander, Chinese garlic, chives, stevia, thyme, rosemary, tarragon, lavender, roses, among other aromatic herbs and flowers. Wondering around the garden and smelling the different herbs and flowers is indeed an aromatherapy experience. From time to time we host detox retreats with Isha Judd meditation. Watch her movie "Why walk if you can fly?" available in Netflix and Youtube.

Property info

Zen Garden House has been designed according to feng shui and the house looks towards the south west. The outdoor swimming pool is located on the north east of the building on the second floor with a living room terrace that is shared between the earth and water suites. These two suites are independent from the building with an independent access from the parking lot. The property is an orchard with more than twenty five 25-years-old trees. Throughout the year we have organic produce e.g. blackberries (January), soursop, apples, hong zao (February), chirimoya, mango (March), avocado (April / May), pecans (June / July), peach (November), Surinam cherry (December), among others.

Neighborhood info

It is a residential neighborhood one block far away from the main avenue with access to restaurants within walking distance. If you feel like eating out, our best recommendation is to dine at La Ladrillera restaurant with its astounding illumination and, have either breakfast or lunch at El Jardin Cafe which is like a rendezvous to the French Provence (both places are ranked in Trip Advisor). For those who would like to relax and do not bother about cooking, you can have deliveries from Wong supermarket with three time schedules per day to choose. Please make your purchases in advance through their web site. Most of time is very peaceful and you can listen to the wind and birds. During the rainy mountain season you can listen the river Lurin which is about 150 meters far away. However, seldom times some neighbors rent their houses for parties so it can be noisy between 6 pm to midnight. Afterwards, music is over due to town hall regulations.
