To book this waterfront villa, a bank transfer will be required to confirm your reservation. A deposit of 50% of the total amount must be paid to secure the booking, and the remaining balance must be received at least one week before your arrival. Please note that I have a firm cancellation policy: * Full refund for cancellations made at least 30 days before check-in. * Partial refund for cancellations made between 7 and 30 days before check-in. Our house features two comfortable bedrooms, each equipped with a queen-size bed, air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi.
