Located on a volcanic mountain overlooking Milne Bay, Tawali Leisure & Dove Resort features a private beach, a swimming pool, a restaurant and a bar. Each bungalow features a large private balcony overlooking the bay. The tour desk books half-day waterfall and cave excursions, scuba diving tours and fishing trips. All bungalows offer wooden décor and local artworks. Each includes a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a refrigerator and tea/coffee making facilities. The restaurant serves a mixture of local and international cuisine using fresh seafood and tropical fruits. The bar offers a selection of beer, wine and cocktails.

When booking full board, please note that drinks are not included.

Tawali Resort is accessible via a boat from Alotau. Guests must fly from Port Moresby to Alotau Airport, then transfer on a 90-minute bus ride along the Milne Bay coast followed by a 20-minute boat ride to the resort.The trip between Alotau Airport and Tawali Resort takes approximately 2 hours.

Transfers are available to and from Alotau Airport. These are charged PGK 220 + GST per guest, return. Please inform the property in advance if you want to use this service, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.

Please note that the extra bed rate is AUD 45 per person for room only and AUD 120 per person for full board.

Please note that divers must secure their PADI certificate or any diving certifications and diving insurance before arrival to Tawali Resort. The property requires a copy of these documents for each diver.
