No1 rule is ENJOY your vacation! 2. No smoking inside the house. 3. No unregistered guests allowed. 4. For Swimmimg pool access, to avoid overcrowding in the pool, Seafront Residences admin limits access to the pool upto max of 5 guests per day, any excess would need to pay Ph300 per head. Please inform Sherilyn (Caretaker) to register names for pool access. Monday is the cleaning day of the pool hence not allowed to swim every Monday but guests can still hang out to the pool lobby and enjoy the view. 5. Party/Catering events with tables and chairs set-up not allowed 6. Parking should be on the parking garage area. No parking along side road. There are more parking spaces at the Admin/Infinity pool area. 7. There are lots of fun stuffs made available for guests to enjoy: karaoke, electric scooter, basketball ball, game cards, books, etc. Appreciate if after use, should be returned to the original location, containers, boxes. 8. Please keep a close eye on your kids while on the balcony. 9. No pets allowed. 10. KItchenwares, rice cooker, pressure cooker, plates, utensils are provided and AVAILABLE. But oil, soy sauce, fish sauce, sugar, pepper, are NOT PROVIDED. We do not stock any of these or any food to prevent ANTS. 11. For scooter, maximum weight is 75 kilos. 2 people is not allowed for safety precaution. 12. For pool use, pls follow swim wear requirement.
